Currently at Molex, I manage high-speed I/O DAC solutions—including QSFP 100G, 200G, and 400G—for data center connectivity.Earlier in my career, I worked as a Product Development Engineer, where I developed 0.50mm sealed and unsealed terminal and connector cavity systems for automotive applications, within the New Product Introduction (NPI) team. In this role, I gained extensive experience in taking high-volume sheet metal terminal and plastic connector products from concept through to mass production, ensuring both technical feasibility and production scalability.I transitioned into product management to explore the business side, embrace decision-making challenges, and focus on the bigger picture.
