My academic pursuits have provided me with a solid understanding of the theoretical aspects of chemical technology, which I am eager to apply in real-world settings.Professional ExperienceThis summer, I had the opportunity to intern at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Farm Equipment Sector, Nagpur. During my tenure, I gained invaluable hands-on experience in the paint shop, where I worked closely with the team to- Learn about pre-treatment processes, CED (Cathodic Electro Deposition) processes, and application techniques- Analyze various types of defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions using 7 QC tools- Familiarize myself with various safety parameters, plant operations, and lab testing procedures.My internship experience not onlyabove deepened my understanding of surface coating technology but also instilled in me the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication
