As a project associate at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, I apply my strong background in chemistry and corrosion science to develop innovative solutions for the protection and performance of materials in various environments. I have contributed to the development of ethanol storage and gashol inhibitor, as well as a durable and enhanced corrosion resistant primer, for which I received the Best Project Associate award in recognition of my outstanding contribution. I hold a master\'s degree in applied chemistry from the University of Calicut, where I gained valuable laboratory skills and knowledge in paint formulations and testing standards. I also completed a project internship at CSIR - National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology, where I developed a superhydrophobic, anticorrosive coating for steel in marine medium. I am passionate about learning new technologies and techniques in corrosion science and engineering, and I have obtained a Coursera certificate in this field, as well as an AMPP membership and a diversity and inclusion grant. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise to advance the field of corrosion prevention and control, and to support the sustainability and efficiency of the energy industry.
