Major responsibilities are,• Planning & Execution of launch plan for new products and relaunch of existing brand• Formulation of marketing strategy and its successful implementation into market.• Analysis of market trend & potential, Customer behaviour pattern, Competitor analysis with the help of Primary research.• To provide training to newly joined field force • To monitor sales performance of the regions against targets and gap analysis on monthly basis • Monthly field work to check the implementation and impact of strategies, identify new markets and opportunities.• Creation of new communication and promo-material for brand promotion• Coordination with the creative agencies for brand communication on Social Media• Organizing brand awareness workshops for new product and Participation in conferences• Working with cross functional teams to drive product approvals, inventory planning and product availability as per portfolio marketing plans.
