My expertise lies in handling large development projects using platforms such as Adobe, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle Customer Cloud Services, and ServiceNow. I have also simplified and streamlined business analytics for Wipro\'s top executives to aid in decision-making. My experience extends to organization-wide business process rollouts and operational improvement initiatives. I have refined the operations of a Helpdesk consisting of around 80 employees that were structured into multiple teams and led by respective leads. Finally, I have provided process training to different Wipro batches in multiple locations.
