My overall tenure with this company is since Oct,1970. I joined this company as shop floor supervisor and within a span of One Year I was permoted as Asstt Manager for Defence Production unit. During 1988 I was promoted to the post of GENERAL MANAGER and during 2001 I was promoted as DIRECTOR of this company. This was the first time in the history of this company that they had promoted a employee of the company to the rank of DIRECTOR. This was due to my utmost efforts on job. Money was never any criteria for me & for the sake of money I never thought of quitting this company & join the compititors, though I had many proposal from them, which I declined.
