ABOUT SASCHA GRIFFITHS

I help people and organizations navigate complexity—through AI, language, and the deeper work of understanding how humans and systems learn.For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of artificial intelligence, robotics, and cognitive science—leading research, building products, co-founding startups, and guiding teams through the messy middle between theory and real-world impact. I’ve spoken at MIT, contributed to foundational projects like RoboEarth, and helped bring conversational AI and cloud robotics into practice long before they were buzzwords.These days, I work independently—as a coach, advisor, and builder. I support founders, professionals, and investors who are shaping ambitious ideas and want clarity, traction, and substance. I help teams think sharper, move cleaner, and lead with integrity. I also write, teach, prototype, and guide technical due diligence for VCs. And when needed, I hold space for the human conversations that often sit beneath the surface of technical ones.I believe trust scales. That loyalty is earned. That contribution beats competition. And that good people—truly good people—make the best collaborators.Outside of work, I train in martial arts (Ninjutsu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), speak in recovery spaces, and read voraciously—philosophy, fiction, trauma, psychology, and anything that helps us make sense of who we are and how we move through the world.
