ABOUT DEEPAK SAROYA

I am a results-driven Team Leader with hands-on experience in fabrication, production coordination, and technical operations. Currently working at State Window Corporation in the Railing Department, I lead a dynamic team across both day and night shifts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. My role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, assigning tasks based on skillsets, and monitoring team performance to drive continuous improvement. I place a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency by applying 5S methodology, maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace, and ensuring team members are equipped with the proper safety gear. My leadership style centers around communication, accountability, and adaptability, which helps foster collaboration and meet challenging project deadlines. Prior to this, I worked as a Drone Pilot with Usnatek (India), conducting physical verification of coal heaps and oil pipelines across industrial sites, while operating under the regulations of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). My technical foundation comes from a bachelor\'s degree in Aerospace Engineering from GNA University, where I studied aircraft design, drone technology, and space dynamics. To further strengthen my leadership and project management skills, I earned a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Project Management and Strategic Leadership from Lambton College. This program deepened my understanding of project planning, agile methodologies, risk management, and cross-functional communication in diverse team environments. I am passionate about leading high-performing teams, implementing process improvements, and contributing to the success of innovative projects in manufacturing, aerospace, and operations management.
