Commercial Manager SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining existing business from BVI existing local/international account/client 1. Cooperation with Commercial Manager in generating list of recertification client 2. Preparation of proposal worksheet base on several sources such as CHR (Certification History Review), Client’s last audit report, Audit plan for next recertification audit 3. Preparation and send proposal to recertification clients 4. Co-operation with Commercial Manager and Business Manager to get approval for any price reduction as necessary 5. Follow up recertification proposal to be converted into contract 6. Co-operation with Operations and Technical Team as necessary to ensure the recertification clients can be audited / executed within the due date (1 month before expiry certificate) 7. Maintain and update SYSTEM8. Follow up of recertification proposal to be converted into contract 9. Managing/maintaining BVI international business/account as assign by Commercial Manager or Business Manager 10. Up-grade knowledge for new standard in order to improve the competency Administration and reporting 1. Maintain and update SYSTEM database 2. Monthly report on status of Recertification clients 3. Monthly report on status of cancellation and withdrawn clients
