Managing scrum teams, both co-located and distributed over different time zones.\\\\n- Facilitate Product Owner in Product backlog grooming and planning of sprints.\\\\n- Effectively guide and facilitate the sprint ceremonies to consistently achieve the sprint goals (Sprint\\\\nplanning, reviews, retrospective, demo, daily stand-ups, and partner meetings).\\\\n- Remove impediments/blockers in order to keep teams highly productive. Identify and manage\\\\ndependencies with other internal or external teams.\\\\n- Helping teams in resolve complex problems, taking a new perspective using existing solutions.\\\\n- Collaborate/communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\\\\n- Regularly monitor and control the metrics to meet project goals.(E.g. sprint/release burn down,\\\\nvelocity, defects, static code metrics, code reviews, etc.)\\\\n- Coach, mentor, and foster the culture of openness, continual improvement, and self-organizing within\\\\nthe team.\\\\n\\\\nEnvironment: Scrum, Kanban, Visio, Miro, MS Excel, Power point, Jira / Confluence, Microsoft Visio,\\\\nHP QC ALM & Oracle databases.\\\\n\\\\n
