A position in HR is a position of influence, and the ability to make a difference. That’s why I chose a career in HR over 12 years ago; so I could relish the challenge of working in a complex and ever-changing environment and have an impact on people every day.I have 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, working with various levels of leaders providing HR expertise on a wide range of full end-to-end HR programs that support the Company’s strategic plan and business partners. My on-the-job passions include, employee engagement, coaching leaders, and providing training on HR processes including, change management and total compensation. I am a member of Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) in good standing, hold a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation, as well as a B.A. degree from Brock University.
