Ensuring appropriate submissions and replies are given to Tax Authorities in response to any notice or inquiry by the department. Also, Service Tax, VAT, and TDS are completed before the due dates. Planning and forecasting the cash flows to evaluate the need of short term/long term borrowings. Coordination of internal & external audit, ensure all audit issues are addressed appropriately. Ensure compliances under local laws, business ethics, and company internal control policies. Additionally supporting HR function.
