I’ve proudly played a part in that journey.As one of the firm’s in-house marketing specialists, I look after a wide range of activities across brand, communications and digital. My role is both creative and operational, supporting everything from campaign ideas and press coverage to internal comms and event logistics.Key responsibilities and highlights include- Brand & Rebrand: Played a key role in our 2025 brand refresh, leading the marketing delivery across strategy, design collaboration, photography, and the full website rewrite- Content & PR: Write and edit articles, legal updates, press releases, and awards submissions, positioning the firm and its people as leaders in their field- Events & Seminars: Organise and coordinate seminars, roundtables, and client networking events, including multi-location employment law events and our sponsorship of Lumiere Durham 2023- Digital Marketing: Manage social media presence, email campaigns, and paid promotion strategies, ensuring messaging is consistent and measurable- Internal Communications: Developed and launched our firm-wide intranet and regular staff newsletter to strengthen internal culture and connectivity- Awards & Recognition: Support Legal 500 submissions and coordinate campaigns to raise the visibility of the firm’s lawyers and practice areas.This role brings together everything I love about marketing, storytelling, strategy, people, and purpose.
