My specialty is driving employee engagement in technical solutions that solve their business needs, enabling them to better serve our clients.For the last fifteen years I have served as community manager, then community director for AECOM’s Technical Practice Network (TPN), a community of practice that has grown from 250 to over registrants since I joined the company. I have managed the network through major and minor mergers and acquisitions and numerous changes in our business and market environment. In my role, I engage regularly with our top technical leaders at AECOM across business lines and globally as well as our business leaders, driving programs and solutions that meet business goals and engage employees. I design technical solutions to make business processes more effective and efficient, working with our IT group to implement them, then driving engagement with our employees in these new processes. I am fascinated with \"win-win\" solutions, implementing initiatives that drive business goals and are embraced by employees. Most recently, I have been a key player in AECOM\'s global \"TechEx\" initiatives, running communications and initiatives internally and externally, highlighting AECOM\'s top technical talent and expertise in the market.AECOM is a Fortune 500 (#291) company with $14 billion annual gross revenue and approximately employees globally.
