Advise management and employees about rights, obligations, policies, and procedures. Work with management to suggest methods of reasonable accommodation and maintain detailed documentation of processes undertaken to accommodate individual circumstances. Implement process improvements in process and workflow by analyzing issues and determining solutions. Partner with departmental managers to ascertain hiring needs and subsequently provide candidate recommendations.
