In my role as an in-house recruiter, I manage the full recruitment process from start to finish – everything from advertising, sourcing and headhunting candidates, right through to interviews, offers, and onboarding. I mainly look after recruitment for Health Advisor roles across the Devon area, as well as a range of operational positions.A big part of my job is building strong relationships – whether that’s with candidates, hiring managers, or wider stakeholders across the business. I work closely with teams to really understand their needs, so I can find the right people at the right time.I’m confident using a range of tools and techniques to attract top talent, including proactive headhunting and networking, and I always aim to provide a smooth, positive experience for everyone involved in the process.I take pride in finding great people who make a real difference – and making the hiring journey as smooth as possible along the way.
