ABOUT DAVID REYNOLDS

I am a Chartered HR professional (MCIPD) with 10 years\' experience predominantly in the private sector, with some experience of the public and not-for-profit sectors. My interests and expertise centre around the ability to think strategically and challenge the norm whilst also having the willingness and appetite to get my hands dirty on an operational level. My peers and colleagues describe me as someone who is willing to challenge, someone who is dedicated, motivated and able to get results for the benefit of the business.I have a pragmatic, solution focussed approach to HR which has enabled me to achieve consistent and stretching targets on an individual and departmental level which have then contributed to the achievement of key organisational objectives.Communication and interpersonal skills are some of my key strengths with the ability to build strong, effective working relationships quickly. I am a proactive individual who is well organised, self motivated and who communicates well with fellow colleagues and peers in order to achieve results through best practice. I have in depth experience of complex Employee Relations, Staff Engagement, Settlements, L&D, HRIS, Compensation and TUPE.
