I am a chemical engineer, a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer, with a Mastery of Re-Engineering and a green belt in QFD. In 2016, I was one of the proud recipients of the Calgary Quality and Business Excellence Gold award. Prior to consulting, I was a Director of Operations at SMART Technologies, one of the top 20 high-tech firms in Canada. I have over 15 years experience working in a wide range of industries. I have developed and taught courses at Mount Royal University, and am a guest lecturer at the University of Calgary. I\'ve been a speaker at conferences across North America on Six Sigma, Lean and Quality.
