I am a partner in the London real estate finance practice. I specialise in real estate investment, development and structured finance and advise across a wide range of asset classes including emerging sectors such as data centres, science parks and live-work schemes, where the boundaries between real estate finance and other disciplines meet, alongside all traditional real estate asset classes. I have considerable expertise acting for all types of investors and lenders in relation to their finance requirements throughout the investment lifecycle and have particular responsibility for the real estate finance group\'s interface with Ashurst\'s commercial banks and financial institution clients.
