Started working for Home Retail Group as project support for a large programme on a temporary basis. I was kept on to join the Financial Services and Customer Services Development Team as a project coordinator. I have had responsibilities within the Programme Office in the past which developed my understanding of governance and project process to a high standard. Since 2011 I have specifically worked on Financial Services projects and have grown a detailed understanding of infrastructure and business development. Working on complex application systems replacement projects to building and integrating a mobile app into the self serve options for our customers. Post Sainsburys acquisition I’ve led large change projects in the business transformation space with an interim role as programme manager responsible for Financial Crime compliant delivery and a wider responsibility for remediation of customer detriment.
