Markerstudy has invested in market leading digital platforms and cutting edge data science and technology to improve the customer and colleague experience, winning 17 awards in 2022 across the group for excellence in technology, contact centres, apprentices, health and safety, risk management, and internet of things (IoT)As Head of Innovation I am responsible for developing and implementing the Group Innovation Strategy. The current focus is ensuring we stay ahead of the curve by developing a GenAI capability to compliment our existing market leading expertise in Machine Learning and Data Science. Working with business leaders, architects and security and compliance teams, to build the team, identify, validate and productionise use cases, design the future tech stack, introduce ethical and responsible governance, as well as developing AI literacy and acceptance across the business and customer base.
