At TRG, I work with organisations to pinpoint where managed services will deliver the greatest impact, whether that is improving resilience, driving efficiency, or freeing up teams to focus on what matters most.My approach is straightforward. I take time to understand each customer’s goals, constraints and day-to-day challenges, then shape a solution that fits how they actually work. That can mean strengthening cyber security, simplifying managed IT, modernising telecoms, or introducing outsourced print and scanning to remove bottlenecks. Whatever the brief, I focus on safer operations, smarter processes and sustainable outcomes, with clear measures of success and ongoing optimisation.I stay closely involved from discovery through design, delivery and continual improvement. I bring together the right specialists across TRG, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure progress is transparent and value is visible.In 2022, I was proud to be a finalist at the Women in Sales Awards, recognition of my commitment to customer success and long-term partnerships.
