Founding member responsible for all aspects of company management, new business development, marketing, and the curation and management of public art projects in partnership with clients from across the public, private and voluntary sectors, artists and community members and groups. Clients have included: Arts Council of Wales, Betsi Cadwaldr University Health Board, Cardiff Community Housing Association, City & County of Swansea Council, Denbighshire County Council, Glyndwr University, Gwynedd Council, Helfa Gelf, Leadbitter, Loudoun Square Partnership (Cardiff Council, Cardiff & Vale University NHS Trust, Leadbitter and Cardiff Community Housing Association), Partneriath Corwen Partnership, Torfaen County Borough Council, Ty Hafan, and Wrexham County Borough Council.Key achievements: − Reviewed and produced the Swansea Boulevard & Waterfront Connections Public Art Framework funded by the City & County of Swansea Council, the ERDF, Welsh Government and the Arts Council of Wales (2012 – 2013).− Developed and oversaw the implementation of the £107k Loudoun Square Redevelopment Public Art Programme in Butetown, Cardiff, including permanent works by Heinrich & Palmer and an artist residency by Janet Hodgson (2010 – 2012).− Initiated, drove forward and secured Arts Council of Wales funding for an artist residency in Pontypool in collaboration with Torfaen County Borough Council that became a pilot project for the Arts Council of Wales’ new residency programme and formed part of \'Inbetween: Cultural Regeneration in Market Towns\', an academic research project being led by Intersections, a research unit based at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Also, managed networking activities, a tour of the town and a two-day symposium event for \'Inbetween: Pontypool\', engaging local residents, stakeholders and community groups and organisations (20••••12).
