At TRUMPF Inc, I manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, temporary, and intern/co-op positions across our Connecticut, Michigan, and California locations. My responsibilities include:Developing and managing job advertisements, recruitment agency relationships, and job postings for all open roles. Generate and support new strategic initiatives for recruitment and candidate experience.Attending and representing TRUMPF at career fairs, campus recruiting events, and hiring events.Presenting and negotiating offers with selected candidates and overseeing all pre-employment processes.Headcount & Capacity PlanningI work closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and secure talent that aligns with our values, culture, and long-term business goals.
