Serve as the primary copywriter on the Walgreens vaccination scheduling work, including the COVID-19 scheduler, multiple vaccination scheduler and group vaccination scheduler. Research, write, revise and proof copy for all aspects of the vaccination scheduling work, including email, SMS messaging, mobile and desktop content. Work closely with UI/UX designers from project conception to delivery to ensure copy and design support each other to provide clear messaging to the customer. Stay up to date on Centers for Disease Control vaccine recommendations and regulations to keep scheduler messaging accurate and timely. Serve as content liaison to the development team to troubleshoot any issues with copy that arise during the development process. Ensure products are in line with functional requirements, quality, and brand standards across Walgreens digital touch points. Mange timelines, milestones, and internal details on project work to ensure timely delivery of written work. Participate in meetings facilitated by business leaders and project managers to understand the goals and objectives throughout all stages of a project. Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur. Contribute to the management of Walgreens’ copy style guide.
