ABOUT SARAH KRAWIEC
As a Construction Quality Manager, I get to follow my passion for improving how buildings are designed and built to deliver durable and high-performing results – ultimately reducing our demand on energy resources. My work blends building science, quality management, and field execution by leading collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, effective building envelope solutions.I work closely with owners, architects, engineers, manufacturers, and trade partners to align on quality expectations and carry them through site-specific quality management plans. Across multiple projects across the Boston and Massachusetts area, I support construction teams throughout the full project lifecycle—providing technical and field guidance through inspections, troubleshooting building envelope issues, repair planning and implementation, constructability reviews, mock-ups and initial installations, and punch list management.Continuous improvement is a big part of what motivates me. I enjoy developing lessons-learned initiatives, training teams on quality processes and tools, and contributing to corporate quality initiatives that reduce risk and improve outcomes.Outside of work, I enjoy giving back and getting to know the industry and our building community. I’m a Board Member and past Chair of the Boston Society of Architecture (BSA) Building Enclosure Council, where we host monthly panels, presentations, and discussions focused on advancing the design and construction of building enclosures.
