The think[box] is a vibrant makerspace dedicated to digital fabrication, student innovation, and hands-on learning. I lead daily operations on the 3rd floor, which houses 3D printing, laser cutting, and other rapid prototyping tools. My role includes:Training and mentoring a diverse team of student technicians to support safe, inclusive, and skill-building experiencesMaintaining and troubleshooting equipment to ensure uptime, safety, and accessibility for hundreds of usersGuiding students, faculty, and community members through project development—from creative ideation to fabrication executionCollaborating with cross-functional staff and academic partners to strengthen workflows, workshops, and onboarding processesI’m passionate about building systems that support creative confidence, operational clarity, and a welcoming culture for makers of all backgrounds.
