As a Solutions Consultant, I serve as a strategic advisor to large strategic clients, helping them design scalable talent acquisition solutions that transform hiring efficiency, elevate candidate experiences, and empower recruiting teams. I combine technical expertise with consultative storytelling to translate complex requirements into elegant, results-driven solutions.In this role, I: • Partner with client executives and stakeholders to uncover business challenges, define measurable goals, and architect tailored solution strategies that align with broader talent and digital transformation initiatives. • Lead strategic discovery and design workshops, connecting technology capabilities with real-world recruiting needs to create intuitive, high-impact solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Product, and Implementation — to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, future-ready, and integrated seamlessly within each client’s existing HCM, ATS, or CRM ecosystem. • Act as the primary solution strategist during pre-sales engagements, guiding clients through best-practice frameworks and demonstrating how Paradox’s platform can drive efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage. • Advise clients on change management, adoption, and operational readiness to ensure long-term success post-implementation. • Contribute to internal enablement and process improvement by sharing insights, refining methodologies, and advancing solution design standards across the global consulting organization.I’m passionate about bridging technology and human experience — designing solutions that not only solve today’s hiring challenges but position clients for sustainable, strategic growth.
