Current role and responsibilities:Tenured Product Manager, owning Platform Product related work, product feature development & enhancements, as well as various other PM duties. As a tenured PM member of the Platform team, I oversee various communication technologies & channels and ensure our product is adequately supported by these technologies. Focusing on various channels such as WhatsApp, Twilio, Sendgrid and continually improving the product facing aspects to which these services are presented. In short, leverage my technical background with my Product Management skills to create magical moments for our clients using our software, through quality product enhancements.Historically owned:Served as Technical Product Manager at Paradox, primarily focused on integrations, client/business-driven product enhancements, feature updates, integration product lines, overall system and process scalability, User Acceptance Testing, bug reporting, and maintenance. Paradox is the leading Artificial Intelligent recruiting assistant, and my charter is to handle any technical product requirements and issues which may come up. This includes building new integrations with organizations such as Taleo, SuccessFactors, Pymetrics, iCIMS, and many more. I also manage partner relationships, partner integrations, vendor relationships and technology support.
