With 8 years of experience in customer relations, sales, operations, and learning & development, I drive global training strategies and technology-driven learning solutions. As a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), I have successfully implemented two LMS platforms, built one from scratch, and led high-impact as well as revenue generating training programs across diverse industries. At Ballard Power Systems, I contribute to our Global Ballard Academy, oversee customer training for global customers such as New Flyer, Siemens, Solaris, Vanhool, etc. and their end users, collaborating with global teams in Europe and China to deliver scalable learning solutions. My expertise spans AI-driven instructional design, Articulate 360, and enterprise LMS platforms (Moodle, Docebo, Degreed, LearnUpon). I have also advised government training initiatives, supporting the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training (Canada) and leading proposal development for the Ministry of Canada. A firm believer in innovation and sustainability, I am spearheading a VR training project to enhance customer experience in California, while contributing to clean energy adoption at Ballard. Previously, I have led training for Fortune 500 clients across telecom, banking, and customer service sectors, including Airtel, Vodafone, Uber and SBI.
