ABOUT SARA GAFFARELLI
After doing a degree in Product Design, I wanted to gain some commercial experience so took a role at Amazon. During my 3+ years at Amazon, I constantly applied customer centricity to my day to day job, and began seeking for a field that would allow me to hone on my problem solving skills and utilise my learnings from my degree. I was specifically interested in analysing how people think, feel, and act when interacting with technology. This led me to discover User Experience, which perfectly encompasses all of the above. London-based, I am really excited to be working as UX Researcher in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
