Over 20 years experience in grant and program creation, implementation and staff administration with a focus on leadership and leadership development, operational and company growth and financial management of a $15M annual portfolio and average of 300+ employees over the last 8 years. Significant experience in social services and providing workforce development, employment and training services to youth and adults in addition to services for individuals facing homelessness, with criminal backgrounds and mental health and substance abuse issues.I am open to senior leadership roles that allow me to drive organizational transformation, strengthen operational and financial systems, and advance equity-centered workforce and economic justice initiatives.
