Working with Market Place of Amazon World wide i.e. USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Looking over the Operations of Logistics from Buyer and seller perspectives.•Checking different Freight forwarder and checking on claims made by buyer during fulfillment of Shipments in timely and precise manners.•Checking on after delivery status of Buyers, like late returns, damage returns and for remorse reasons like, didn\'t like the color, or doesn\'t want it and arranging returns if they are falling within the SOP of that market place.•Checking and constantly monitoring the metrics of the fraudulent activities by fake sellers or buyers on selling/ buying illegal, prohibited item in different market place or such activities like money laundering and like not meeting the responsibilities of the respective seller or buyer. •Keeping a metrics follow up on team meeting metrics and the metric of team member doing overtime, so that can may receive the incentive on timely manner.
