Responsible for Raw Material and Packaging Material Planning, arranging offers, Negotiation and compelling all information to draw up Purchase orders for Monomers, Pigment, Resins, Photo Initiators etc. for OFFSET Plant at Greater Noida. Material Planning, Forecasting & Scheduling: Raw Material procurement planning for 45 days (domestic sourcing) and 90 days (Global sourcing) inventory, Requirement forecast assignments to suppliers for next 03/06 months consumption and Schedule of Material arrival allocation. Negotiation: Price Negotiation & savings of INR 12-15 Lakhs Quarterly, Delivery lead time, Payment terms & other commercial terms & conditions settlement. Production Planning: Coordinate with production team for production schedule and Material availability planning, cater urgent material requirement to reduce Idle time cost and fulfill Export orders. Vendor Management: Alternet & New Vendor Identification, Supplier registration & documents verification, Performance analysis, Invoice processing & payment release. Import Planning & Documentation: Inco-Terms settlement, FCL / LCL shipment allocation, Arrangement/ tracking of Import documents i.e. CI, PL, BL, COO/EPA, COA and Freight forwarder assignment. Expediting and Logistics Coordination: Transporter allocation, Material Pickup and delivery at Transporter’s warehouse, Coordination with Vehicle driver, Material Tracking and Delivery Expediting. Inventory Management: Inventory level analysis and replenishment according to monthly consumption, Reduce Inventory Level and Inventory Cost, Debit Note issuance for defective/ faulty Material. MIS Reporting: Document’s file maintenance, Monthly cost saving Report, In-Transit Materials Report, Category wise Monthly expenditure report preparation. Meeting with supplier’s representative to discuss Performance Analysis, Market Price Trend, Procurement forecasts, Alternate /New Product development, Material Arrival schedule etc.
