Garcia, holding a PhD from Leeds University Business School, is also Doctor Honoris Causa by Caucasus University, Georgia, current Vice President for Strategic Development & International at KEDGE Business School, the largest school of management in France, and Distinguished Professor at Universidad de La Sabana (Colombia). Expert on transforming education, new business models and international development, Dr. Garcia acts as a strategic advisor to various leading international higher education institutions.
