Enhancing the customer experience as a trusted advisor.As an Operations manager at Cisco, I provide critical business insights to several business entities for Cisco Centers, acting as a business consultant between the leadership team and delivery engineers. I specialize in processes and systems, data governance reports and analytics, big data infrastructure, and analytics.With a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an exchange program at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, I have a strong background in Operations and Finance. I have also gained valuable experience in Production Planning, Cost and Service Optimization, and Business Process Standardization in the e-commerce and information technology sectors, working for Amazon and Tata Consultancy Services. I have developed and implemented various savings and automation initiatives, such as the Utilization Governance module program that helped track and monitor the productivity levels of 4200+ engineers across 60+ CXC globally and resulted in achieving a rate 2pp above the target. I have also created and used various tools and dashboards, such as Tableau, Excel, and VBA, to analyze and audit the weekly productivity bridges and warehouse metrics for the EU network, achieving a 98% accuracy in capacity planning for peak 2020.
