ABOUT SANKARASUBRAMANIAN DHATCHINAMOORTHI

I\'m a Health Informatics graduate student at George Mason University (GPA: 3.95) with a simple focus: understanding how clinical data moves through healthcare systems - how it\'s collected, standardised, analysed, and ultimately turned into decisions that affect patients.My background spans two worlds. Five years in professional data management at Avantor gave me a ground-level understanding of how healthcare organisations actually operate - the gaps, the inefficiencies, and where better informatics practice makes a real difference. My graduate work has given me the technical depth to act on that - from HL7/FHIR interoperability and DICOM medical imaging pipelines in MATLAB, to statistical analysis of population health datasets in R, to building ML pipelines for clinical audio data in Python.Right now, I\'m exploring the full spectrum of what health informatics means in practice - medical image analysis, healthcare privacy, clinical data standards, and how AI is reshaping the way clinicians and patients interact with health information.I\'m looking for opportunities where I can bring both technical and real-world healthcare context to problems that matter.
