Project Description:Technical lead -Next Generation Healthcare and Information Technology)(NXG HCIT)Role & Responsibilities: Technical Lead -Next Generation Healthcare and Information Technology)(NXG HCIT). SPOC for all issues across the Globe for HCIT. Managing and leading the project team Recruiting project staff. Responsible for Vendor Management and people management, attending Kick off project deliverables in line with the project plan.Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary. Conducting daily stand up meeting with the team for tracking the development of assigned tasks and efforts.Involved in discussions with onsite team or client to understand and gather the information about the requirement.Monitoring project progress and performance providing status reports to the stakeholders.Taking ownership of any priority Issues and Make sure that the issue is resolving within the SLA.Documenting the Tickets with the observations / troubleshooting outputs and suggestions. In additions to this the responsibility to update the customers / Users/ necessary teams in a transparent and simple way. Documenting the ticket with these necessary communications and the resolution summary are compulsory to prove our work genuine and meeting all the process criteria & timeframe to management.
