Creating and Managing daily imaging schedules and styling plan.\\\\n2. Grouping on-body, off-body and hardlines volumes into categories for each styling bay and working with producers for assigning imaging team (stylist, photographer, model, art-directors, MUA).\\\\n3. Creating daily and weekly inventory report, monitor and push inventory to meet\\\\nSLA and brand identity.\\\\n4. Plan daily shoot and discuss required aesthetics with photographers, stylists, and art directors at start of the day. Check imagery to meet brand value, model relevance, aesthetics, adherence to Style Guidelines and productivity goals.\\\\n5. Set brand guidelines for styling across apparel and accessories that is aspirational and on brand, working in partnership with the Creative and Product Managers.\\\\n6. Sort callouts, collaborate with multiple teams, troubleshoot imaging misses and devise process improvement.\\\\n7. Support creative teams to plan for daily imaging outputs – especially on timelines and execution\\\\n8. Track manpower alignment and deadlines\\\\n9. Be the gatekeeper of quality and adherence to briefs\\\\n10. Identify gaps and create a plan to overcome them, in consultation with respective team leads\\\\n11.
