Quality Control & SafetyEnsure installations meet project specifications and QA/QC standards.Coordinate inspections with third-party testing agencies (e.g, NDT for welds, façade water test, helipad load test).Promote safe installation practices and implement site safety controls during high-risk works like façade hoisting or helipad lifting.6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain records for progress, delays, NCRs, safety incidents, and inspection approvals.Issue weekly reports and raise red flags for critical path delays.
