To ensure the PDA/FDA/SDA/VDA which is submitted by the agent is moved to the Operator (Bahri, Intermarine, BBC Chartering) with accuracy and justification of costs- To ensure all costs on the PDA/FDA are accurate, justified and any cost deviation fully explained- To ensure a focus remains on reducing the time spent by both Vessel operators and Agents in the process- To read and understand emails received in assigned mailboxes and act as appropriate- To provide feedback loop for process gaps / improvements- Verification of port tariffs against incurred charges- Cross checking the various port tariff, agreements and contracts between vessel operators and agents- Analytical review of the Proforma/Final quoted values and taking suitable steps to prevent loss on the FDA- Familiarizing the customer about the in-house processing system.
