Shipping documents related with port disbursement control.This includes analyzing Performa Disbursement Account (PDAs)/ Final Disbursement Account (FDAs) and Departure DA (DDA) for error detection and cost reduction and Segregating.To Maintain cost reduction record of the Performa and Final DAs and Departure DAs.To co-ordinate with ship owners and agents and discuss the cost reduction and to compare the same is in line with the port tariffs / Towage agreements.Monitoring mails that have been sent to the operator/agent from team members and apply error deduction.Checking the correctness of port tariffs.Cross checking the various agreements and contracts between ship operators and agents.Calculation of port dues against the estimated time in port.Analytical review of the proforma and examine the quoted values.Checking the rates quoted and taking suitable steps to prevent loss on the DDA.
