Conducting monthly meeting with all the staff and also to attend PR parties from the Hotel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Handling various aspects of HRM like Performance appraisal for all departmental Managers and Executives. To achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources. Continuously delight the customer by offering trend setting and innovative products and services. Planning & making yearly calendar of food festivals and promotions to boost up the sale of F&B and Rooms. Developing the marketing strategies and ensuring the implementation for the same.
