Namaste I’m Sanjana.I’m a Data Scientist and AI Engineer at IBM Finance, where I build AI solutions that transform enterprise workflows and generate real business value. I began my journey at IBM in AI advisory, helping organizations move beyond buzzwords and understand what real AI adoption looks like in practice. I later transitioned into AI skills enablement, where I helped thousands of engineers, sellers, and clients build AI fluency. That experience shapes how I build products today: AI only creates value with good user adoption.Previously, I was a Data Scientist at PwC, Adobe, and EY. I hold a graduate degree in Data Science from Carnegie Mellon University, which gave me a strong technical foundation and a structured approach to problem-solving.
