ABOUT SANJANA ANANTAPUR

I hold an LL.M degree in Business Practice from Boston University, with a focus on business and immigration laws. I was one of the two students who fulfilled the pro-bono pledge by volunteering with organizations that assist individuals in resolving immigration-related matters.I have worked as an attorney in India for 3 years, gaining extensive experience in various legal areas: 1. Contracts: My expertise is creating contracts, having previously drafted and negotiated contracts for selling properties and goods; partnership agreements; and joint ventures. I have also helped businesses grow and prosper. Arbitration: I was involved in arbitrations pertaining to damage settlement and commercial dispute resolution. I drafted claims and responses, and conducted research, evidence discovery, and cross-examination. I represented my university at the Vis Commercial Moot Court in Vienna and completed a summer program at the London School of Economics in International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. Additionally, during my internship with an arbitrator, a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India, I assisted with preparing arbitration judgments and conducting research. Debt recovery: I also have experience with banking laws, assisting banks with debt recovery, and opposing debt collection when necessary. My skills include legal research and drafting, and I have a keen eye for detail. I am confident that I can deliver excellent results if given the opportunity.
