Formulated the ESG strategy, leading implementation across the company based on what is material to the company. Evaluating the value chain to develop a robust ESG framework across the supply chain. Using my understanding of various sustainability/ ESG frameworks, I represent PVR’s Sustainability work through its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report. An active participant and contributor to functional and industry networks, I regularly share best practices at conferences and forums. Enhancing efficiencies, I’m actively pushing the boundaries in digitalization, to ensure the integration of our sustainability, decarbonization and circular economy solutions and have developed a business value case study on the Accessible Cinema Project that is being taught in B-schools in India. I am also driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across customers and employees in the organization and have created the blueprint for Accessible entertainment in India. Working to meet the latest EU regulations with regards to ESG like SFDR.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
