My lifetime\'s work has always been people focused and I believe in the power of creating strong, authentic connections based on mutual trust and a genuine interest in improving the every day health and well-being of clients.Beginning with a strong foundation within the business world, leading teams delivering government projects to the highest standards and always on time and within budget, I then spent almost three decades within the charity sector. Campaigning, PR and communications, fundraising and developing donor relationships kept me busy and motivated. Witnessing first hand how changes in legislation, education, services and support made a world of difference to clients was and still is, what matters to me.Now back in the business world, I\'m proud to be part of the team at ILS Case Management and to belong to the HCML Group. Between us we have a strong heritage in doing what\'s right for every client, working at delivering the highest quality services based on what matters most to each individual.With a passion and energy for my work, I love what I do.
