The year is 2007. Technically still a kid, Sandro joins Gamezone for a school internship. What should have been a short stint and his very first work experience turns into a full career of 17+ years. His journey in gaming begins as a news editor and takes him to editor-in-chief of IGN Germany and Head of GameStar.de. Basically, he\'s getting paid to play games and complain about the bad ones and - more often than not - praise the great ones. Until a decade later, in 2019, it dawns on him: Focusing on the good ones is much more fun! He decides to move from journalism to PR. As Comms Lead for Xbox DACH at Microsoft, he makes it his mission to help gamers find their next favorite game. Fast forward to today, Sandro is the Global PR Lead at Techland, preparing for the launch of the open-world survival horror game Dying Light: The Beast later this summer. For a guy in the horror business, he scares pretty easily - so when you meet him, speak slowly and don\'t move too quickly, or you might just break him.
