National Construction Manager with a lean internal team, supported by external by design and engineers firms. Also, with preferred national contracts that have guaranteed pricing and delivery to support construction schedules across Canada. • Projects include New Builds, Relocations, Major / Minor renovations, refreshes and/or emergency response at individual sites including engagements with landlord, property managers in relation to landlord work and lease responsibilities.• Responsible for Capital plan on annual basis that ranges from $12-$16 Million Dollars. Completing projects for approp. 90 sites per year on a 5 yr planning cycle relating to challenges and evolving standards. • Responsible for strategic capital planning in relation to site audits and ratings, that reflect upon existing conditions, feedback from stakeholders and how it all ties together with revenue, lease expiries and surrounding market. • Responsible for National Signage ReBranding and IQMH ( Ministry of Health - Quality Inspections) including site upgrades, repairs and/or replacements - 2 year project keeping in mind patient workflow, employee engagement, site conditions and leases. • Responsible for capital spend, scheduling and stakeholder engagement, including RFP process, documentation, preferred vendors, purchasing, invoicing and reporting. Maintain and enhance standards, process and engagement with changing times. • Build and provide leadership / resolution and remove obstacles on projects. Communicate and evolve with expectation / challenges and partners / stakeholders.• 20+ years Real Estate, Construction, Facilities/Property Manager as an Innovative Leader.
