ABOUT BECKY CRAIG-MCCLURE

I bring a rare combination of 15 years of business operations experience and an advanced technical skillset to every project. A deep understanding of the pressures leaders and operators experience helps me bridge the gap between real-world needs and a technical build. I take pride in partnering with my clients to develop intelligent automation solutions that not only maximally meet needs, but also remove headaches and generate insights powerful enough to change downstream minds and behaviour. Additionally, a passion for helping others grow their data literacy, fluency, and analytical skills helps me not only solve today\'s problems for my clients, but prevent future ones by empowering them through friendly and accessible coaching and training. This can be casual - simply ensuring I provide additional context and information during an engagement - and/or more formal with a series of seminars and workshops I\'ve developed for operations professionals. My time in agency trained me to be entirely comfortable jumping into a chaotic and/or ambiguous situation (in fact, I love it), and my project management experience means I am an effective leader who can rally teams. From the acute to the systemic, I will quickly understand and document the problem(s) and possibilities, design a solution, and not only build it, but also holistically support my clients\' rollout and adoption efforts.[For the keyword robots] My core competencies include needs assessment, requirements definition, intelligent automation, data analysis and visualization, Power BI development, training and skills development, stakeholder management, process improvement. p.s.
